Mastering Career Development Planning

Employees don’t just want a job—they want a clear pathway for growth. A Career Advancement Plan gives them a documented roadmap for developing skills, earning new responsibilities, and achieving meaningful progress in their careers. When implemented well, it creates consistency in roles, pay, and expectations while driving both individual motivation and organizational performance and serving as an accountability plan for managers.

This three-part Mastery Series gives you the tools and structure to design and implement a complete Career Advancement Plan for everyone from seasonal, front-line employees through senior career professionals. You’ll leave with practical frameworks, templates, and coaching strategies that can be applied immediately.

Across the sessions, you will:

  • Receive a customizable “Path to Growth” Career Advancement Plan template
  • Learn how to design equitable job roles, skills, pay, and promotion schedules
  • Explore lateral, vertical, and Depthical Moves™ to keep employees progressing
  • Replace outdated performance reviews with a coaching model that works
  • Practice conversations that align growth with company values and outcomes
