AmericanHort joined over 30 agriculture organizations in sending a letter to the Chairs and Ranking Members of the House and Senate Agriculture Committees in support of the reauthorization of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Interagency Work Group (IWG). Created in the 2018 Farm Bill, the IWG comprises the Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and other federal agencies to work with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements for Endangered Species Act review for pesticide registration decisions.
