AmericanHort Urges Trump Administration to Delay CTA Enforcement

AmericanHort, along with 60 associations representing more than 70 million small business owners and employees, sent a letter to President Trump and Vice President Vance urging immediate action to delay the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). The letter argues that the CTA’s mandate for small businesses to report beneficial ownership information is burdensome, unconstitutional, and risks exposing sensitive personal data.
