Each day will start with an open exhibit hall of 3D virtual booths, main stage programming, and will provide daily opportunities for networking and industry discussions and on demand and live educations sessions. The day will close with virtual social gatherings.

“We’ve arranged a schedule that allows for daily gatherings of all attendees together, time for exhibitors to meet their customers, concurrent education sessions to share best practices, and opportunities for individual and small group networking.” said Fisher. Exhibitors will have 3D booths where customers can interact with booth personnel via live chat, watch product videos and demonstrations, download product information and more. New plant varieties and new products will be showcased during the event in designated areas to highlight industry innovations. Information on exhibiting companies will be available on the cultivatevirtual.org website in coming weeks. “Cultivate was recently named a top 100 trade show by the Trade Show News Network (TSNN) recognizing the importance of this show in our industry. We are pleased to make this virtual commerce opportunity to help foster industry
commerce,” said Sherry Johnson, CEM, CMP, vice president knowledge & business advancement for AmericanHort.
Live education sessions will be presented each day on important topics including optimal pricing, root zone management, an introduction to hemp production, crop specific tips, workforce training for success, selling and marketing plants online, succession planning, among others. These fast-paced sessions, led by our industry’s best instructors, are developed specifically for our virtual learning platform. Sessions are designed for attendees to interact with presenters and address important questions. In total, more than fifty educational sessions will be offered during Cultivate’20 Virtual, some of which will be pre-scheduled live sessions and others on-demand at the attendee’s convenience.
In addition to the exhibit hall activities and education sessions, a series of industry interaction opportunities will take place daily. “The industry roundtable discussion programs scheduled each afternoon will provide a chance for attendees to intermingle with others in the industry and will encourage conversation on a variety of topics critical within the industry,” said Fisher.
