The HR Peer Sharing Group is open to human resource professionals who are AmericanHort members. 

Requirements

Individuals who wish to participate in this group must meet the following criteria: 

  • Be an active AmericanHort member in good standing 
  • Conduct HR responsibilities within their organization
  • Adhere to the guiding practices of the group
  • Follow the AmericanHort Anti-Trust Policy Guiding Practices

Members of the group agree to the following guidance:

  • Participate in monthly meetings as your schedule permits 
  • Suggest discussion topics based upon current business needs and learning desires
  • Maintain a positive, friendly and constructive tone to conversations. 
  • Acknowledge everyone’s situation is unique and advice shared may not work for all in the group
