AmericanHort joined the H-2B Workforce Coalition in urging the Departments of Homeland Security and Labor to promptly release 64,716 supplemental H-2B visas for fiscal year 2027. The first-half visa cap was reached September 4. The coalition requested a temporary rule similar to last year’s to give seasonal employers greater certainty as they plan their workforce needs.
