Ricardo is a seasoned horticulture professional with extensive experience in sales management, lighting technologies, and global grower support. He currently serves as Sales Manager for Lighting Technologies at Ball Seed Company, where he leads LED lighting projects for both U.S. and international markets.
Campos has held a range of leadership roles across the horticulture industry, including positions with Fred C. Gloeckner Co., Golden State Bulbs, Northwest Horticulture, and Ecke Ranch, where he worked in sales, marketing, operations, and government relations. He has also helped develop international production operations and collaborated with partners such as Signify/Philips to advance innovative lighting solutions for growers.
He holds a B.S. in Agronomy from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an A.S. in Engineering Technology from Cypress College.
